Roz Tandy is
the owner and training director of The Luke Agency. She began her
company in 1998 and is committed to promoting attitudes that will
raise the standards and expectations a person has of themselves and
others. Her dedication, knowledge and vast experiences have made her
a highly regarded trainer, facilitator, motivational speaker and presenter.
Roz was employed for over thirty-five years in sales, clerical and
customer service environments. She has walked in the shoes of many
of those persons desiring the skill sets and finesse needed to acquire
and maintain long-term employment, business ownership and leadership
savvy. Her sensitivity to where they are makes her all the more effective.
In addition, she has received extensive and on-going training such
as Human Relations in Business, Performance Excellence, Situational
Leadership, The Ritz Carlton’s Leadership Center’s Building
and Maintaining a Culture of Service Excellence & Executive Development,
The Malcolm Baldrige Approach, Effective Customer Service, The Quality
Way, Toastmasters International, and Presentation Power. She is the
author of two published works entitled, “Discovering My Greatness”
and “Customer Service in God’s House.”
She has continued to develop and expand her gift of teaching by remembering
“the best place to learn is in the front of the class as the
instructor.” Roz believes “it is never too late to be
what you could
have become.” Her training is designed to meet people where
they are and to get them moving
in the direction they are destined to be. |
